Cancellation Policy

We acknowledge that unexpected situations might alter your travel arrangements. With this in consideration, we are happy to provide a refund for any reservation cancelled with at least 6 hours’ notice before the scheduled pickup time. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 14 days.

There are no processing fees for each segment of a reservation cancelled at any point after booking and before the 6-hour mark prior to the pickup time. However, if the cancellation occurs within 6 hours of the pickup time, the cancellation fee will remain equivalent to the full fare of the reservation.

We are charging $30 per hour for waiting time if customer go to the immigration with any reason.

If your credit card has been charged, your credit card account will automatically be refunded. This can take up to 14 business days. Refundable cancellations must be made by form 6 hours before the scheduled pickup.

When you book with Niagara Star Shuttle service, you enjoy the freedom to modify your reservation without incurring any additional charges.

Customers of Niagara Star Shuttle Services have up to 6 hours after booking to cancel their reservation and receive a complete refund.

Please note that no credit or refunds will be issued for no-shows, cancellations made after the specified cutoff times, or fare adjustments once a reservation has been finalized.

Upon submitting a service booking request, full payment will be required. In the event of a cancellation, we will reimburse you in full through the same payment method used for the transaction. However, if no payment has been made for your booking, we reserve the right to cancel it for any valid reason.

We retain the right to cancel your ride due to various factors such as inclement weather, traffic conditions, accidents, driver availability, vehicle issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that we cannot guarantee weather, traffic, or road conditions. We will either reschedule your ride or provide a refund. In exceptional circumstances, we may issue credit for your next trip. Any credit provided must be utilized within one year.
